Rivers Alive 2023!

HELP CLEAN UP LOCAL RIVERS, LAKES, & STREAMS!

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 30

This year’s event will happen the same day as our FREE Tire Disposal Day!  (For details about that event, please see the attached flyer.)  

To volunteer for the RIVERS ALIVE! 2023 cleanup:

 • Register by September 22.  Go to www.keepnewtonbeautiful.org (or see attachments), print out and complete registration and release forms, and send them to Keep Newton Beautiful.  (For more information on how to fill out and submit forms, please visit keepnewtonbeautiful.org.)

 • Meet at Longhorn Steakhouse of Covington at 9:00 a.m. to get
FREE breakfast, t-shirts, & cleanup supplies—while supplies last!

 • Wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.

• Split into teams, travel to cleanup locations, and clean.

Early pickup of supplies will be available by appointment.
